HT03 is a thermoplastic film, it is suitable for a variety of materials , it can stick to materials after one or more times melt by hot temperature,after hot melting and quickly cold speed feature make it use to various high speed production. It has excellent adhesion to textile,plastics(PET, PVC, PC etc),metals(iron,aluminium,copper etc),paper and so on.This product is resistant 60℃ washing.

Acid and alkali resistance, excellent in water wash and dry wash, eco-friendly, cold resistance, antisepsis, low melting temperature, double sides adhesiveness, gloss surface, strong adhesiveness, short curing time, absolutely transparent. 

B. Applications: 
It was widely used in composite Textile, adhesive-bonded fabric, Non-Woven Fabrics, Leathers or other roll materials.

As the hot melt adhesive film has strong stickability, we always used it as underlayer and interlayer. It will make the finished goods moaterre flattened, beautiful. So it is a very goods choice to use this film for your production.

1. Q: How to pack the product?

A: Our goods are packed by cartons, usually 2 or 4 rolls per carton, and 1 roll per PE bags, 25 cartons per pallet, pallet side with stretch film , or we are able to packed as your demands.

2. Q: How many rolls can be full fitted into one container, such as 20FT, 40FT?

A: Due to the goods has many specifications, so the package is different, we need confirm which products is you want, then we will calculate for you accordingly.

3. Q: How about hot melt adhesive film?

A: It is just a film, and the basic material is release paper. But the film is solid in room temperature, when reach its melt point, it is able to bond other materials, but different materials hot melt adhesive film have different performances and different usages, we need understand your demands, and then offer fit hot melt adhesive film for you.

4. Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM?

A: Yes, we do. By the way, we have a technical team, they have rich experience, able to help you R&D new products. So if you need bonding some special materials, please don’t hesitated to contact us.

5. Q: Do you provide free sample?How many days it will spend?

A: Yes, we provide free sample, but you need to pay the courier charge. And we will arrange the samples for you 1 to 3 workdays and it will take 3 to 7days on the transportation.

6. Q: What’s your delivery time?

A: We are factory, so we can efficiently control the production time. But we will produce well all of goods for you ASAP when we received your deposit, usually is 5 to 15 workdays.

7. Q: How to test the goods quality?

A: Firstly, before we received your order, you must have test our sample, then we will arrange produce according you confirmed sample.   

  Secondly, before shipment, we will send the production sample to you or if you convenience, you can watch the goods in our factory.

   Thirdly, when you watched the sample, you are able to use same way to test the production sample.  

8. Q: What’s your production capacity?

A: At present, our production capacity is 20,000 YDS per days. However, we are planning to open a new factory and add more production lines.

9. Q: What’s your payment term?

A: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow, or customized if it is acceptable.

10. Q: How do you transport the product?

A: If you are not urgent, we usually transport by ship as it is the cheapest way. But for the West Asia area, we deliver by train as there is no sea to ship. And for samples and urgent cargo, we transport it by air as it is the fastest way. Of course if you have better idea about transport, we will consider.
