HT05 is a thermoplastic copolyamide hot melt adhesive film product, and it structure is double-layer, the one laye is release paper, the other layer is copolyamide hot melt adhesive film,it can stick to materials after one or more times melt by hot temperature,after hot melting and quickly cold speed feature make it use to various high speed production.it's suitable for wide range of materials,it performs an excellent adhesion for Fabrics, textiles, nylon etc.

HOW TO USE

Hot melt adhesive film have 2 layers(release paper +hot melt adhesive film)

1. Put hot melt adhesive film on the bonding material A, and release paper layer is up, hot melt adhesive film layer is down,the sequence: release paper +hot melt adhesive film+material A.

2.Put release paper +hot melt adhesive film+material A in hot pressure machine,and hot pressing on the release paper side

3.After that cooling, peel out the release paper

4.Put material B on the hot melt adhesive film,,the sequence: material A+hot melt adhesive film+material B, then hot pressing again
