Description:

HT03 is a thermoplastic film hot melt adhesive, suitable for a variety of materials, it can stick to materials after one or more times melt by hot temperature,after hot melting and quickly cold speed feature make it use to various high speed production. It has excellent adhesion to textile,plastics(PET, PVC, PC etc),metals(iron,aluminium,copper etc),paper and so on.This product is resistant 60℃ washing.

HT03 is widely used in garment labels,embroidery patches and badges,top fly of outdoor jecket,cap peak,mesh fabric lamination for sport shoes, reflective materials, car mats, car seats, automobile trilms, conductive colth, conductive foam,polishing wheel,heat and sound insulation materials,pvc,pe materials lamination etc.

Note: Due to the different bonding materials have different heat-shielding performance, the operation parameters in the technical data are only for reference. The specific hot pressing temperature, pressure and time shall be adjusted according to the different bonding materials, operating equipment and process.(Please don’t use steam when you operate by flatiron.)

Usage Method:

Hot melt glue is usually made of iron or other hot bonding equipment. The processing structure have two layers of material, three layers of materials.
